Blending Course Content and Design Addressing to the New Normal Teaching and Learning Carapace in the TVET Industry

Pertinent to this global pandemic, Synchronous and Asynchronous Teaching, and learning applications were introduced as an online approach condensing all recommended applications while the missing critical component was disregarded. SBAC conceptualized Learning English Center (SLEC) redefining TVET content using “SBAC Teaching English Framework” (STEF) a mainstream addressing online learning adherence to student’s positive approach in building productivity towards anxiety, engagement, motivation, and self-esteem. Addressing today’s Education at the Age of Disruption by tool riding online applications and the rapid change of qualification standards among the industries workforce for students to be able to apply their learned knowledge and skills in a clear-cut competency.  STEF realigns the critical components such as Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Innovative Learning for Vocational Education in Workforce Transformation.
