Conference Fee*
Fees (from 1 April)**
- Non-IVETA members: €750 per person
- IVETA members: €700 per person
*The fee includes all main conference activities and coffee breaks, plus 3 nights accommodation and breakfast for one person per room at the db San Antonio Resort + Spa (check in on May 9, check out on May 12).
Twin or double occupancy supplement is €100. Additional nights can be booked at €200 per night (depending on availability). For those who register too late and rooms are sold out, we will endeavour to place you in a nearby hotel of a similar standard.
**We may not be able to guarantee accommodation at the db San Antonio Resort + Spa after April 1.
Optional Malta Tour
Optional tour to the mysterious town of Mdina plus lunch on Saturday, May 11th: €45 per person.
What is not included
Flights to and from Malta, airport transfers, travel insurance, general travel expenses and any other item not specified above.
Refunds
Refunds will be made in full if you cancel at least 60 days before the 9th May 2019. You will receive 50% back if you cancel up to 21 days before the 9th May 2019. No refunds will be made if you cancel anytime after that.
