Definitions

All-inclusive: 3 nights bed and breakfast at the Best Western Hotel Sofia Expo (check in on 13 October, check out on 16 October), conference attendance, buffet lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, welcome cocktail, conference materials, tour of Sofia on Sunday afternoon or Wednesday morning.

Optional Special Tour

Optional tour on Tuesday, 15 October: €30 per person.

What is not included

Flights to and from Sofia, airport transfers, travel insurance, general travel expenses and any other item not specified above.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in full if you cancel at least 60 days before the 15th August 2019. You will receive 50% back if you cancel up to 21 days before the 15th August 2019. No refunds will be made if you cancel anytime after that. Please apply for your visas early, as the above conditions apply if you do not receive your visa.
