If you want to hand out any materials, you are welcome to do so, provided you bring your own handouts with you. We are happy to help you distribute these.
2. Manuscripts
Preparation and formatting of the manuscript
Papers must be clearly written in English. If you would like additional help with the quality of your written English, including grammar, spelling, and language usage, please contact us. We can assist with basic duties, but we can recommend professional proof-readers and editors for anything requiring more extensive editing work.
Manuscript format: The journal will be published in A4 size (approximately 21 cm by 30cm). Please ensure that you do NOT use US Letter Size as your manuscript will be resized automatically, possibly leading to skewed layouts. Papers should preferably not exceed 1500 words.
Abstract: There should be a short abstract or summary of no more than 150 words describing the submission and what it hopes to achieve
Font: Times or Times New Roman
Font sizes: Main header (20pt); secondary header (18pt); tagline (14pt); general text (12pt); captions for photographs/images/graphs (9pt).

3. Author Information
Profile: You may include a brief profile of yourself at the end of the article, up to a maximum of 60 words only. A website address or social media accounts may be included but will count towards the word limit. We reserve the right to edit profiles for brevity, grammar and/or accuracy.
Photo: Please submit a nice profile photograph of yourself. It should be clear (not blurry), and high resolution (300dpi) – or larger than 1000 pixels.
